The secret of lush forms – how to keep your breasts healthy for a long time
Men who claim that breast size doesn’t matter are probably not being sincere.
It is also important how – this is the opinion of the majority of scientists.
Researchers from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in the USA, observed the gaze of men who were shown pictures of girls and came to the conclusion that they first look not at the face, but at the chest.
Unfortunately, it is this organ that is most often exposed to dangerous diseases that can take away not only beauty, but sometimes life.
“Breast gland cancer is the most common oncological pathology in women,” says Igor Vorotnikov, professor, doctor of medical sciences, head of the surgical department for malignant neoplasms of the mammary gland at the Blokhin Russian Oncological Research Center.
Incidence is constantly increasing – the numbers are alarming. In the US, one in eight women will develop breast cancer in her lifetime. In Europe, 50-100 women per 100,000 population, and in Bulgaria, between 3,600 and 3,800 new cases are discovered each year, and in 1992 they were 1,200 per year.
By the way, the only country where breast cancer remains at a lower level is Japan. What this is related to is now unknown, possibly nutrition and genetics.
Years ago, Chinese women did not suffer from this disease either.
But when the economic upswing began in China, the incidence rate increased and is now approximately the same as in developed countries. What is the connection? Everything is very simple.
The female organism was created by nature to bear and give birth to children. When women began to lead a different way of life than the one for which they were conceived by the higher forces, the incidence began to rise sharply.
Most women are mainly concerned with their career growth, they strive to become business women. And the birth and nursing of children began to postpone it until a later and later age.
And today, if a woman gives birth to her first child at the age of 35-40, it no longer shocks anyone. As a result, for almost 10-15 years, a woman’s sexual system functions in vain, the body does not understand what is happening, and precisely because of this, anomalies arise. Nature does not forgive such treatment with her.
Oncologists have already proven that one of the main risk factors for breast cancer is the lack of childbirth or late pregnancy – after the age of 35, and also the refusal to breastfeed the baby.
If the mammary glands are not used, hormonal disorders occur in them. It is best if the first child is born before the woman’s 20th year. With each subsequent pregnancy, the risk decreases.
For example, 2-3 children and breastfeeding every minimum year is a very good prevention of breast cancer. This is a reliable fact.
What can be done to keep the breasts elastic as long as possible?
The height and elasticity of the bust depend mainly on the condition of the skin that “holds” it, and also on the tone of pectoral muscles – the mammary gland itself is made up of connective, fatty and glandular tissue, not entirely muscle.
With advancing age, after breastfeeding children, the thin skin of the chest weakens, it can stretch, the chest muscles weaken. This process is accelerated by smoking, improper nutrition.
Therefore, regular exercises for the muscles of the shoulder girdle tone the pectoral muscles, thus “pushing” the bust forward.
