What is brain fog and how to get rid of it?

Almost all of us have experienced the effects of a condition called brain fog at least once in our lives.

It may have been due to lack of sleep, a hangover or a brain disease, but the sensations it evoked in each of us are truly annoying.

It is true that in most cases brain fog is nothing more than a simple ailment, but the condition is debilitating and scary.

The unpleasant sensations that are experienced are similar for most people and are expressed as a feeling that a person is moving under water or, even worse, the affected person feels as if he is under the influence of a strong narcotic substance.

It is also characteristic of brain fog that a person is overcome by a feeling of very intense physical and mental fatigue. The world for the sufferer of the condition continues to move at its usual speed, but with a significant delay .

It is difficult for a person in a state of brain fog to think and it is almost impossible for him to concentrate. The short-term memory of the person is also affected and it is very difficult for him to perceive new information in a short time.

What are the causes of brain fog?

The condition may be the result of impaired organ function in the body that prevents the brain from being properly supplied with nutrients.

The reasons for this condition can be due to chronic inflammations, autoimmune diseases, improper diet, poisoning with heavy metals, deposition of fluoride in the tissues, deficiency of certain vitamins, accumulation of various toxins in the body.

How to cure brain fog?

As with any disease and disturbance of the functions of any of the organs in the body, the method of treatment is identical.

• Exercises – the absolutely mandatory first stage of treatment and for most people, this is enough to get out of the highly disturbing condition. However, additional measures are necessary to keep your mind sharp into old age.

• Cleansing – to remove dangerous heavy metals and toxins from the body;

• Eat abundantly with a maximum variety of food – foods rich in all nutrients provide our body with the necessary means to cleanse and restore itself.

• Nutritional supplements – get all 13 vitamins and minerals needed by the body to restore the disturbed balance.

What are the foods that are good for the brain?

The body begins to cleanse itself as soon as a person starts eating properly.

And the diet, including foods rich in vitamins, minerals, omega-3 and 6 fatty acids, carbohydrates, proteins and fats, which are important for the body, consists mainly of raw fruits and vegetables, and to the latter it is necessary to add sources of fats useful for the body.

Such a diet excludes processed foods with added synthetic flavors, colors, preservatives, GMOs, trans fats, monosodium glutamate, soy unless fermented and non-GMO, and refined sugars. You should also avoid foods containing gluten and caffeinated beverages such as coffee.

The change itself and the consumption of more useful foods will favor the detoxification process.

You should also keep in mind that you should drink plenty of clean water between 2 and 3 liters daily. Usually, the body cleans itself with proper nutrition and a suitable daily routine without excessive stress for a period of about 3-6 weeks.
