Many people refuse to eat nuts because of the large amount of fat they contain, in some nuts they reach 40-50%.

However, not everyone remembers that fats were divided into 2 groups of “good” and “bad”. Nuts contain only polyunsaturated fats, which are popularly called “good”.

As a food, nuts are a cheap, tasty and high fiber and protein food. Even the daily consumption of cashews, almonds and walnuts is recommended.

3. Chocolate

Since the product made from cocoa falls into the category of “sweet foods”, many people who adhere to a healthy lifestyle consider it almost an enemy and under no circumstances agree to eat even a piece.

4. Cheese and yellow cheese

For those who adhere to a healthy diet, cheese and yellow cheese are delicious, but also completely forbidden foods.

And that is why it should be remembered that the fats contained in cheese and yellow cheese, which is a type of hard cheese /Parmesan/ have a beneficial effect on the human body as a whole.

Adding a small amount of parmesan cheese to the vegetable salad will not harm health, but on the contrary, it will favor the absorption of useful fat-soluble vitamins from it.
