How to cleanse the liver with juices

One of our most impressive organs is the liver.

He never rests – he works 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year!

All this time, our liver is trying to purify us of toxins and neutralize all harmful accumulations in the body.

However, the liver is extremely susceptible to damage, and when this happens, it can begin to malfunction.

There are many natural recipes for detoxification of the liver. They all recommend juice therapy, as you can prepare the juice yourself and carry out the entire procedure at home.

Juicing recipes will not only help your body to cleanse your liver and repair past damage, but also keep your liver healthy and functioning.

Remember to use organic, locally sourced ingredients for juice therapy if possible.

One recipe for cleansing juice is prepared from 500 ml of lukewarm, pre-boiled water, 6 fresh lemons, ginger root, 4 cloves of garlic, 4 mint leaves, 3 tablespoons of linseed oil, 3 grapefruit, some cumin powder.

First squeeze the juice of the lemons and grapefruits. Then cut the garlic and ginger into small pieces and put them in a bowl of water for about 15 minutes.

Then put the juice of the lemons and grapefruits in a blender, add the mint, flaxseed oil and cumin. Finally, pour the ginger and garlic into the bowl. Puree and enjoy!

A little more complicated is the juice therapy and warm-up cleanse, the preparation for which begins a week earlier by eating fresh and healthy plant food.

It is desirable that it is raw, or at least a ratio of 3 to 1 raw to processed food.

If cooking it, apply steaming or boiling. Avoid overly sweet fresh or dried fruit and sweeteners such as honey, maple syrup, agave, sugar.

During the week of preparation, no alcohol should be consumed!

The purification itself lasts 3 days. You can drink only freshly prepared juices from green apples, green apples and lemons, carrots, carrots and beetroot, maybe with lemons.

You can drink plenty of warm water and unsweetened herbal tea. It is recommended to do an enema during this period to cleanse the colon.

During the detoxification period, heat the area of the liver with a heating pad, an electric pillow and a plastic bag with warm water. Do this several times a day or take a hot shower.

On the third day, juices and water are drunk until about 5 p.m. The area of the liver is warmed up again and around 19 hours, equal amounts (about 150-200 ml each) of cold-pressed olive oil and freshly squeezed lemon juice are taken in a ratio of 1 to 1.

Stay at home in a peaceful environment. In the morning, you can do an enema again to help the release. Another option is to drink a solution of Epsom salt (magnesium sulfate) to help clear out the dislodged liver stones.

These accumulations have a greenish color and have the consistency of plasticine. Their size is about 2-3 cm.
