How to balance your hormones

Along with other stressors, caffeine can trigger various adverse mental states, such as depression, and can also lead to physical ailments related to the heart.

Cut out the coffee if you drink more than 2 cups a day, and if you can’t, just put a spoonful of coconut oil in your cup, the result will taste like a latte, but full of healthy fats!

3. Avoid toxins

Toxins are harmful substances found everywhere in our surrounding nature. But when they enter the human organism, it cannot distinguish between them.

It sees them as a special species and continues to produce certain hormones, and this can have disastrous consequences.

To reduce toxins, limit drinking alcohol and smoking tobacco. Also avoid microwave ovens.

Another useful trick is not to keep food in plastic or metal containers, because the substances stored inside oxidize and then enter your body directly!

5. Useful extras

Most people associate supplements with harm and something that is not good for our body, but there are some that are indispensable, yes, simply indispensable.

Get magnesium because it supports and contributes to many functions in the body, for better sleep, etc. Also get products with vitamin D content.
