As an idea of ​​how many tomatoes to eat, it is recommended to have about 2 large tomatoes for dinner or about 350 milliliters of freshly squeezed tomato juice before dinner.

Considering that one tomato contains only about 30 calories you can imagine how many calories you will save. You can eat the tomatoes even before going to bed.

The recommended period is about 6 months, although you can follow the diet for a shorter time. It is recommended that you follow this regimen for at least 3 months to see results.
